X-Training (XT) is a V's Fitness compilation. It involves several different forms of exercise with all the elements of fitness being addressed. XT can be done anywhere anytime with or without equipment. XT is done to improve strength, endurance, aerobic capacity, balance and a lot more. It covers all the aspects of fitness. XT involves Free Weights. Kickboxing, Functional Training, Circuit Training etc. to name a few. XT is a form of exercise that involves full bodied movements using high-intensity work. It targets Strength Building, Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Agility etc. An XT program is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program or it can be completed with a tabata style workout or it could be reps or time. Ropes, Tyres, Log Training, Kettle Bells, FLEXI-BAR, Sandbags, etc. are also parts of XTraining and can be implemented in a progressive manner.
